Carlos was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in October of 1984. Since he was a child, Carlos demonstrated a passion and ability to work with numbers. In 2002, he graduated with honors from Loyola High School, one of the most respected and well known schools in the Dominican Republic.
Rexéna Napier, Lauren Bean, Victoria Steinbach and Melissa McHendrix, four May graduates of the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law, are currently creating the Partnership for Animal Law Services (PALS). PALS plans to provide legal services and education to people in rural and urban areas of Kentucky focusing on the intervention and prevention of animal abuse and neglect. These services will empower clients and the public to build a compassionate community for all. PALS will take a grassroots approach by providing three main programs: general legal services, prosecution support, and education.
This website is host to an online research project conducted by Dr. Maurice Reid, as well as several other colleagues, from Eastern Kentucky University. The survey was designed using a .PHP script and assesses various quality practices from top managers.
